What Are Steroids? Complete Information.
Too many guys on Steroids, not enough men with balls.
What are steroids:
Our body naturally produces some steroids to help us fight stress and grow bigger during puberty. It's completely natural process and our body knows just the right amount that we need, so there is no need to take extra. If we take extra (un-natural) steroids there might be a possibility that our body will stop producing those natural steroids and there is no guarantee that when our body will re-produce it. The second kind of Steroid is a kind of medicine that people might take if they have pain, asthma, or a skin problem or a skin problem. There are lots of different types of anabolic steroids, but most of them beefy similarly. When we work out, we create tiny micro-tears in muscle fibers. When the muscle regrows and heals, it grows back a little bit larger, and repeating that process over time is how we get hard and massive (that's the idea anyway). The male sex hormone testosterone facilitates that muscle growth. Anabolic steroids do the same thing but better and faster. They also speed the muscle-healing process by blocking the stress hormone cortisol, which breaks down muscle tissue. That can mean less down time for athletes who go into overtime.
Steroids (sometimes referred to as "roids" or "juice") are the same as, or similar to, certain hormones in the body. The body makes steroids naturally to support such functions as fighting stress and promoting growth and development. But some people use steroid pills, gels, creams, or injections because they think steroids can improve their sports performance or the way they look.
ANABOLIC STEROIDS:
Anabolic steroids are artificially produced hormones that are the same as, or similar to, androgens, the male-type sex hormones in the body. There are more than 100 variations of anabolic steroids. The most powerful androgen is testosterone. Although testosterone is mainly a mature male hormone, girls' bodies produce smaller amounts. Testosterone helps build muscle and promotes the masculine traits that guys develop during puberty, such as deepening of the voice and growth of body hair. Testosterone levels can also affect how aggressive a person is. Athletes sometimes take anabolic steroids because of their testosterone-like effects.
HOW DOES ANABOLIC STEROIDS WORK:

When we say “steroid,” what we really mean is “anabolic steroid,” which is a man-made substance that has similar effects to testosterone in the body, including increased muscle growth and recovery, strength, and leanness. Steroids seem to have two functions, Making people strong and screwing up their lives. We’ll take a look at how steroids accomplish both of these tasks. From bulking muscles to shrinking testicles, this is what happens when you put a steroid in your body
Steroids accomplish this through various different mechanisms, but the net result is the same: protein synthesis rates are greatly increased or protein degradation rates are greatly reduced or both, which results in rapid muscle growth. The mechanisms whereby body fat levels are reduced or suppressed vary from drug to drug and aren’t worth diving into here, but just know that’s part of the “package” that steroids deliver.
While testosterone itself is the best known steroid, there are many others that are quite popular among athletes and bodybuilders.
Nandrolone
Stanozolol
Trenbolone
Oxandrolone
Deca Durabolin
Dianabol
Methandrostenolone
Boldenone
Oxymetholone
Drostanolone
Why so many different types of drugs, you wonder?
Because each have unique profiles in terms of potency, toxicity, side effects, and synergism. They, and others, are combined in various ways to create different types of steroid “cycles” for different purposes and goals. For example, if you were a competitive bodybuilder and wanted to add 20 pounds of muscle in your off season, your steroid cycle is going to be very different than when you’re cutting for a show and need to reduce body fat while preserving muscle and increasing muscle fullness, dryness, hardness, and separation.

1. Anabolic steroids stimulate muscle tissue to grow and "bulk up" in response to training by mimicking the effect of naturally produced testosterone on the body. Anabolic steroids can remain in the body anywhere from a couple of days to about a year. Steroids have become popular because they may improve endurance, strength, and muscle mass. However, research has not shown that steroids improve skill, agility, or athletic performance.
2. They promote the growth of muscle (anabolic effect) and the typical male characteristics of puberty (androgenic effect). Natural testosterone is the body's main ingredient for this process, but anabolic steroids can serve as a supplement. Once ingested, an AAS travels through the blood stream to the muscle tissue.
DANGERS OF STEROIDS:
The potential side-effects of anabolic steroid abuse include:
- Liver tumors.
- Jaundice
- High blood pressure
- Increased cholesterol
- Kidney tumors
- Fluid retention
- Severe acne
- Testicle shrinkage
- Reduced sperm count
- Infertility
- Baldness
- Breast development
- Prostate cancer.
- Women experience increased facial hair, male-pattern baldness, changes or cessation in menstrual cycle, and deepening of the voice.
- Adolescents could halt their growth because the drugs can cause early skeletal maturation and acceleration of puberty.
- And that's not all! Steroids can cause emotional problems, including dramatic mood swings that have been known to lead to violence, i.e. "roid rage," depression, paranoid jealousy, extreme irritability, delusions, and impaired judgment.
- There's the possibility of needle-born diseases including HIV and hepatitis B and C.
Some athletes have admitted using steroids, which are artificial hormones that can improve strength and muscle mass. Steroids are illegal and they can cause serious health problems, but studies still show some kids, teens, and adults are willing to try them.
Conclusion:
God made nature and we made steroids. The aim of this article is to show the true picture of steroids. I never encourage anyone to take steroids. I only encourage health, love and peace to the humanity. Being fit is not a destination, Its the only way of life. So eat clean, work hard and and never ever think of steroids. Muscles are not that important but life is...!
